OPTIONAL SERVICES
BODYSHOPBUYING.COM - Locator, Webpage and Search Engine Profile: $2,500 first year set up and annual administrative fee (subsequent years only administrative fee apllies for renewal). Full listing on the parts dealership locator at www.BodyShopBuying.com to include photos, logo, contact information and business service description as provided by the Dealership. This online service also provides the adminstrative access for posting and managing rebates to the buying groups and buying blocks in the co-op.
ELECTRONIC MARKETING TOOLS - $500 per year for hosting and technical support and management. Advanced electronic marketing tools including the ability to distribute electronic brochures, fliers, coupons, announcements, specials and more to email addresses and shop contact lists as provided by the shop, dealer or Assured Performance, Instant Messaging, video profile hosting, desktop RSS and more.
CALL CENTER - $4 - 5 per call depending on frequency and call volume. Call Center options are based upon calls placed on your behalf, using a script approved by you, the use of your company name to promote your business to current and potential co-op members. The dealer will also receive a report reflecting new account status and additional activities.
DIRECT MARKETING & SALES - $750 per month and/or $300 per new converted account.
SPECIAL EVENTS / GROUP ACTIVITIES - Share the cost and help host an event in your local market are and increase your face time with your customers and potetnial customers, Hosted events are budgeted and costs are approved prior to expenditure.
BUYING GROUP REBATES - Offer special market rebates to co-op Members in your marekt area based upon them meeting criteria and complying to performance standards such as net 10 terms and lower than 10% restocking levels, etc. You set the level of rebate and the co-op will promote the deals to the Members to encourage conversion and patronage.

BUYING BLOCK - Buying Blocks are groups of 20 - 40 shops that collectively negotiate and buy. You may or may not want to be aggressive to pursue these blocks of shops negotiating together, but if you do, we will give you the opportunity to bid and negotiate for this bulk of business. You set the terms and the price according to the preset committed volume of the shops in the buying block.
