WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS FOR ME AND MY SHOP? First and foremost, the benefit is being recognized for being best in class and Qualified. With that special designation, you can use that in your marketing, advertising and all forms of promotions and sales. Once you have been recognized as Qualified through the non-profit consumer advocacy organization, Assured Performance Collision Care, you are then eligible to participate in the Co-op Buying Group, Assured Performance CO-op. This enables you to gain special discounts and pricing with many key vendors. It also provides you with Financial Rewards in the form of rebates from leading vendors such as 3M, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, 1-800 Radiator, GM and many more. Wholesale Parts Dealers and PBE Jobber also offer specials and rewards to members. Combined, you can earn thousands each year to use to invest in marketing, services, tools and equipment, or education. It is entirely up to you. A shop with annual gross sales of $2M can earn as much as 12,000 - $60,000 per year depending upon how many and how much they use the vendors and programs.
Your business will also benefit from the many training opportunities and other services Assured Performance offers.
The largest single benefit might well be participation in the Assured Performance Collision Care VIP program. It is a revolutionary marketing, promotion, sales and customer retention program. It will help to reinvent your entire business. There are different levels of participation, depending upon your individual needs. For the highest level participation, your shop will have to take the next step and become Certified which includes a physical onsite inspection and analysis before you can use the marketing tools.

IS THIS ANOTHER INSURANCE PROGRAM? No! We are totally an independent organization. The co-op is completely owned/controlled by the shops that become qualified or certified through the non-profit consumer advocacy organization. The Non-profit consumer advocacy organization has NO connection to insurers and is totally focused on the consumer. -
I’VE TRIED OTHER NETWORKS. HOW IS THIS ONE DIFFERENT? From the outside, Assured Performance might look like other shop groups, but they are totally unique. Their mission is to ensure that the top body shops, those that meet the highest standards, remain competitive and viable through the current industry shakeout that will force many shops out of business.
Assured Performance is the only organization whose main purpose and charter is to … identify, ….reward ….and promote body shops that are able to meet top performance criteria and operational standards. They recognize those that are the best and help separate them from the rest so that consumers are able to select a qualified repair business whenever and wherever they might need one.
Assured Performance Network is made up of two complementary organizations: a non-profit consumer advocacy organization, and a legal cooperative.
The non-profit consumer advocacy organization establishes an independent entity to set operational standards and identify which shops meet those standards through a “Qualifying and Certifying” process. It also provides a screening process and means to recognize shops that have made investments in their business, and offer the right kind of quality treatment and repair. The organization also offers shops the tools they need to promote and market themselves through an exclusive Collision Care VIP program.
Once a shop passes the screening process and becomes qualified, they are able to receive Financial Rewards as part of a national body shop co-op supported by the top manufacturers and vendors in the industry.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO BUY? You do not have to utilize any of our preferred vendors, buy any particular product, or change your jobber. We certainly encourage you to take advantage of our Financial Rewards program and special pricing and discounts, but participation is totally voluntary. -
WHAT’S THE CATCH? There’s no catch. This organization was designed by the shops for the benefits of the qualified shops and consumers. Ironically, we had the idea and saw the needs before we built the solution. Most organization build something they then need to sell. We had the shop network and they all have similar urgent needs that we as an organization work hard to address. The solutions come from needs, not the need to sell it!
Another point to remember is that as a co-op and a non-profit organization, Assured Performance Network’s main mission is not to make a profit. In fact we can’t because it is against our charter and if we do make any extra proceeds that would be profits, they have to go back to the co-op members as a percentage of patronage basis. We therefore can have as our mission to do as much as we possibly can at the lowest possible price. A business for profit should be engineered exactly the opposite way. They should do as little as possible for the highest possible price to make a profit.
The secret to our strategy is that our strategic partners such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 3M and others are making this possible by offering financial rewards to our members who use their products – even if they were already customers prior to becoming members! Assured Performance just keeps a small percentage of these rewards (like a tip) to cover the administrative expenses of running the Assured Performance Network.

HOW DID YOU SELECT MY SHOP? We developed a comprehensive list of the most qualified collision repair businesses in the United States using criteria including sales volume, years in business, credit rating, number of employees, etc. These shops were designated “Pre-Qualified.” From there, we must scrub the pre-qualified shops by going through an extensive survey and vetting process before the officially become Qualified. -
WHERE DID YOU GET THIS INFORMATION ABOUT ME? We gathered information from several publicly available sources, and will not share it with anyone or sell our list to any other company or group. -
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE “QUALIFIED?” Shops that meet additional criteria of high service standards, technical capability, regular training and regulatory compliance will become “Qualified.” This process can be accomplished on-line or with the assistance of one of our account administrators. -
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE “CERTIFIED?” By meeting specific advanced standards and submitting to a physical inspection and analysis of their facility, a shop owner can benefit from additional privileges including signage, posters, logo use, and the mark of excellence appearing on your web locator and website. There is a fee at this level, but it is offset by your financial rewards accumulated through vendor rewards. -
WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO MY PRIVATE INFORMATION? We will keep all your information private. We do not sell our client list. Some of the survey information we ask for will be used for market summary information that will be shared with all members in aggregate form only. You can use this information to compare your own performance against industry benchmarks. -
HOW DO I GAIN THE FINANCIAL REWARDS ONCE I AM QUALIFIED? With the help of our vendors and your jobber, we will keep track of your accrued rewards. You can monitor this on our website. As of your anniversary date, you will be eligible to utilize 75% of your total rewards account. Each vendor has a unique plan which is outlined in the documents you will receive upon qualification. -
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE YOUR PREFERRED VENDORS? There is no obligation, so you do not have to change. We are currently negotiating for additional opportunities that may be more interesting to you. -
WHAT IF I’M IN A REMOTE AREA? This program will work for anybody in the industry, large or small, multi-location or single, rural, suburban or urban location. -
IF I’M ALREADY INVOLVED IN A NETWORK OR FRANCHISE, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE? Yes! The only area in which you may find a conflict is over the issue of rebates and rewards. Many of our preferred vendors will only honor getting a rebate from one or another source, but not more than one. It is possible that your rebate is already be going to your franchise or network with or without your knowledge. You might be able to get a better deal with us. -
HOW DO YOUR CUSTOMERS FIND OUT ABOUT MY SHOP? Through a fully operational on-line Body Shop Locator and a 1-800 referral phone line, we can direct customers directly to your shop. Our innovative VIP marketing concept is our way of keeping our clientele within the network, effectively multiplying the power of each member’s database of clients by thousands. In addition, a national marketing campaign will create brand awareness of the Assured Performance Network and educate the public that they have a choice when they need collision repair. -
