ABOUT CLINICS:
The series will be initially delivered in 4-hour clinics entitled: “20/20 Vision -The Operating Model for a Certified Collision Care Provider.” During each clinic, attendees will be exposed to the critical elements and business practices that represent a major paradigm shift in business performance and best practices beyond those of traditional body shops, learning to:

  • Increase the value of the collision repair business exponentially using Certification credentials,

Aaron was the President and owner of a family owned collision repair business, Collision Solutions, which he grew into a nationally recognized group of 5 shops in Indiana.

Bob Keith is a well-known industry leader with nearly 40 years’ experience serving the automotive industry. Keith began his career in the late 70’s as a body shop owner-operator when he and his partner formed Silver Hammer Body Co. Today, the partners own four CARSTAR franchises in Nebraska and Kansas.

Elizabeth Stein is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Assured Performance. Stein has been in the collision repair industry for over 15 years. She helped facilitate the OEM Certification program roll-outs for FCA, Ford, Nissan, and Infiniti. She works with Assured Performances staff to ensure that the Certification and Co-op programs are going smoothly for Assured Performance’s strategic partners and members.

Kelly Stalcup joined Assured Performance in 2015 as the Director of OEM Relations and Strategic Operations. Due to her strong knowledge of the OEM business and being based in Detroit, she takes on the role of the representative for Assured Performance’s OEM partners that are located on the East Coast, as well as the role of strengthening and building strategic business relationships.

Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Mark Engelsdorfer is a former executive of FCA retiring in 2015 after a 34-year career. During his tenure at FCA/Chrysler, Mark held many key positions including: Director – Northeast Business Center, Director – FCA/Chrysler Academy, Director – Market Representation and Business Analytics, and most recently before his retirement, Director of the Mopar Collision Portfolio.
